Materials and technologies
Thanks to our stock of more than one thousand of dies, we are able to produce standard and customized piercings.
In case our mixture of dies do not satisfy the requirements, they are projected and built up in our dies department with modern machinery at a dimensional tolerance within a cent of millimetre.
Even many other special machineries are completely projected and dimensioned in the mechanical and automation part (PLC, numerical controls, process robot machines ).
Productive process
The expanded sheets metals.
We are able to produce expanded sheets metal both in commercial format and customized format such as drawing panels with edge on 4 sides, on 2 sides, without edges and in rolls.

The perforated sheets metal.
Out modern perforated lines of the sheet metal work continuously in order to produce enough perforated coils, able to be cut on cutting lines and supply pieces on time according to the customer request.

Special workings.
CMC is in continuous development able to work on expanded and perforated sheets metal in order to realise bending, padding, cutting and rounding to give at the end-user pieces ready to be used.
