Production is made by using “just in time” method; the purchase order of the customer is followed in a completely automatic way by software, fully developed at our offices, where people are able to follow step by step the feed movement of production phases of raw materials up to the delivery, by optimising the rejected items through the improvement of the cutting perforated lines together with the dies.

ROUND HOLES

The most common drilling sheets metal and micro-drilling sheets metal are the round ones, usually available in warehouse in 1000x2000 size. For round holes, the most common position is at 60° [quincunxes], alternated at 45° and straight at 90°. If requested, it is possible to supply these sheets metal with different size or on materials such as zinc sheets metal, seamless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, plastic materials and so on with any kind of holes position.Perforated metal

SQUARED, OBLONG, SLAB, DIAMOND HOLES

These holes can be made in many different types and on different positions. Holes can be diagonal, reversed, or parallel among them; they can be parallel on shorter side or longer size of sheets metal. In purchase orders of sheets metal, it is suggested to indicate at which side of the sheet, the major axe of the hole should be referred. We are able to supply materials with special perforated according to the customer’s request, and in different size, and customized pieces on squared, in rolls or coils, with weight and dimensions able to satisfy any request.
